The Story Behind Aura & Bloom
A Creative Spirit, Rediscovered.
Aura & Bloom grew from a return to something that had always been part of me: the joy of creating beautiful things for others.
After years of raising my children and placing parts of my creative spirit on a shelf, I found myself returning to that familiar place through working alongside an award-winning florist in the 30A area and collaborating with an event company.
Something came alive again.
I remembered how much I loved flowers, color, texture, design, and the thoughtful details that transform an ordinary moment into something unforgettable.
Aura & Bloom evolved from that remembering.
It became a place where creativity, meaningful gifting, and connection could come together.
The Meaning Behind the Name
Aura & Bloom
The word aura speaks to the feeling or essence we experience around a person, place, or moment.
Through my background as a yoga and meditation teacher, I've developed a deep appreciation for presence, intention, and the subtle qualities that shape our experiences.
I believe everything carries an essence. The intention behind something matters. The care with which it is created matters. And the feeling it brings when it arrives matters.
Bloom speaks to flowers, but also to expansion, reaching, and opening. To something beautiful growing and touching another person's heart.
Together, Aura & Bloom represents the beauty of intentional creation and the connection that can unfold through giving.

More Than Flowers
A Lifelong Love of Creating
My connection with flowers began in childhood and continued through the years in many different forms.
Growing cutting gardens became a way to connect with the earth, bring flowers into our home, and create bouquets for others. While homeschooling my children, I made those gardens part of our education—a hands-on exploration of nature, creativity, and the joy of making something with our own hands.
My creative journey also includes event planning and wedding planning, where I developed a love for bringing an entire experience together through color, typography, design, texture, and thoughtful details.
From themed celebrations to beautifully wrapped gifts, I've always believed that the smallest elements can make the biggest impression.
Aura & Bloom brings all of those experiences together.

The 30A area is filled with natural beauty, creative energy, celebrations, weddings, and a close-knit community.
While we love creating for larger events and meaningful celebrations, we also saw an opportunity to bring more attention to the simple art of intentional gifting.
A gift doesn't need to be extravagant to make someone feel special.
A single bouquet, a thoughtful surprise, or a beautifully considered gesture can communicate so much.
Aura & Bloom was created to celebrate both the grand occasions and the everyday moments that deserve a little more beauty.
